My journey
More than 2 years ago I started at BAS Tires as a Junior Seller. After six months in the back office, I was quite comfortable with my tasks. The customer contact, both nationally and internationally, still appeals to me a lot. I have already followed various courses at BAS, which allowed me to grow in my role. Where I previously stumbled upon words with German customers, I already speak quite a bit of German. Now, 2 years later, several colleagues have joined the team, and I am the one who has to ensure that everything runs smoothly and in a structured way.
This is what motivates me...
Every day is different - one day you are busy selling tires to national and international customers, and the next day you are making sure that the container you sold full of tires is ready to be shipped on time to Africa. There is an informal atmosphere within our young and driven team. BAS Tires is growing 20% annually. Sometimes it seems like a difficult task to achieve the objectives of the next month, but when we succeed, it puts a smile on everyone's face.

It is great to see that the things we do at BAS Tires are also bearing fruit. We have a large stock of budget and premium tires that we offer internationally and a well-oiled delivery and assembly formula. As an independent tire centre with a wear-resistant supplier network, we deliver quality at the best price. In our warehouse we have direct control over more than 15,000 truck tires and machine tires. New and rethreaded. In short, we are now a major international name! But we still keep growing. We now also fit truck tires at various BAS locations, and we are still expanding. Our plans for the future are ready and we are going to work on them with great enthusiasm!
